  • After paying 90 dollars for my application. I was declined due to a chapter 13. However nowhere on there application does it ask about bankruptcy. After 3 days of calling. I finally talked to Jerome. He was very rude and confrontational. After about 2 minutes on the phone. He hung up on me. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone I know never rents from you.
