  • Cheap and decent dim sum regardless of whether you go in the morning or afternoon (price difference isn't that big). The restaurant is located across from Steam House and it's a bit shabby-looking on the inside. Didn't seem like the restaurant owner wanted to put it through renovations. The name of the restaurant is a bit confusing because it's not quite a bar. The food is decent quality for the price, no complaints so far, will come back!
