  • I was sold a Maintenance agreement for $1743.. the guy who did the inspection didn't even look at the coils in the attack..stated system was good..all I need was a surge pertector and a fan..replaced it. .fine..then less then a month later my lower unit goes bad..I call these guys out and guess what..it's the coils..so, the other guy sells me a unit but adds that he will give a great deal if I buy the unit today..he will discount the new unit with the $1743..financing all together $6330..but the deal is only good for today. .well when I get my bill in the mail..the total is $8076...I feel like I've been had..they said this is the first complaint like this..however...make sure they show everything in black and white..because it becomes a he said she said thing and won't honor what was explained in the agreement. .lessons learned!
