An update from my last Macy's experience. I received an email for the store manager. I will not give out her name but she assured me that they will improve and will send me some "Macy's Money" to make up for their lack of service. It was a nice gesture but its been over a month and she never did send this to me. Just to make sure you all know how bad their service levels are, their follow up to poor service is just as poor as their actual poor customer service, Starts for the top and no more excuses.
