Executive Chef Tom is inventive, creative and a proponent of using locally grown ingredients as evidenced by the exquisite mushroom ravioli I just scarfed that was adorned with a myriad of different types of mushrooms all of which were hand-foraged from a local source. Enjoy your faves from the menu but also do yourself a favor from time to time and listen to the specials. Chef Tom is on it. (Also, Server Sheena is my new favorite! She's a genuine sweetheart.)
