  • Right in downtown phoenix, a semi small Diner turned outside patio dining southern foodie haven.. Did someone say biscuits and gravy with fried chicken? How about you add some bacon too and then top it off with some beignets? Legit fried chicken and the biscuits are yummy. Great friendly service behind the small counter where you can see the cooking and the bartending happening. Or walk up outside and order and find your own table. Gotta try the Big Jim or the Bumblebee. Definitely will be back to try the Po'Boys and the poutine fries. Love that they are right down the road from us and I can go satisfy my southern cravings. Beignets are 3 to an order and not Cafe DuMonde but the honey drizzle s fantastic! They have a liquor license and the drinks were pouring...street parking or across the street, there is a lot.
