rev:text	I don't often come to Jamba Juice but when I do I get my smoothies from this location. Everyone's always been nice and service is quick and efficient, but today I ordered a smoothie and on one sip an odd object entered my mouth, one probably 2 inch thin strip of plastic got sucked through the straw. I felt something weird in my mouth and thought maybe it was from the banana strings, but when I pulled it out it was definitely plastic. I figured things happen so I took the plastic and just put it to the side as I was driving but then I sipped again and another plastic strip came in my mouth. I made a U-turn as I wanted to let them know and show them the plastic. The girl was kind and apologized and went ahead and gave me a refund but because I paid for it using my debit card she wasn't able to give me my money back. I guess it's really easy to take a customer's payment but it's obviously a problem to get my refund. they told me to wait to get my money back. I'll be checking up in 2 to 3 business days hoping that it's all settled. I don't often leave reviews but I guess I am unsettled as I orders smoothes for my children and if I was able to find two different pieces of an odd object I am nervous to order from here again if my children will accidentally swallow plastic. Like I said I never had an issue with this location but I will think twice before coming here again and I hope that they do a thorough check of the problem so that no one else has to get plastic in their food.
