  • I'm giving The Forum Shops 1 star for their incompetent valet. After a night of shopping I went to pick up my car from their valet. I was waiting 10 minutes or so with one of my girlfriends. All of the sudden, I saw an elderly man (not a valet attendant) in the middle of the front drive, get out of a car that looked just like my car and opened the back doors. I looked closer and realized that it actually was MY car! I rushed to my car and the elderly man said aloud "this isn't my car!" A valet attendant came running and I was flabbergasted because the valet attendant just gave my car keys to a stranger. The elderly man gave the keys back to the valet attendant and walked away. My friend gave me a "what just happened!?" look because she was probably in shock too that they gave car keys to the wrong person. The valet attendant stared at me like a deer in headlights. I probably gave him the same look back. I swiped my keys from his hand, trading it off for my valet claim ticket and went into my car. He didn't apologize or say anything. I was so furious but shocked at what happened I didn't even think to complain, I was just happy to be in my car and thankful the elderly man didn't accidentally drive off in it. Do not valet your car if you go shopping here. You may see a stranger getting into it.
