  • I went here w/ my friend to look for her wedding dress. The girl they assigned to us was AWFUL. Not exaggerating, this girl was miserable, not helpful and seriously mad at the world. This was not the fun experience we'd looked forward to. Despite this, they had a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices. Plus., when we complained ot a manager about the less-than-ideal service, she handled the situation perfectly, giving us a new sales person and staying with us throughout the transaction. I have to give her props for resolving our complaint like a pro, but overall it wasn't a stellar experience.
