  • First thing you have to do here is to put your name on the waiting list. If people weren't doing it, I wouldn't have known. The wait was decent, and the service was lightning fast, I loved it. The only thing is that the ramen I ordered was sooo large. I had no idea it was so big, so my brother ate the rest. The noodles were chewy at first and the soup was sublime. The spices built in time because it started to get super spicy afterwards. You'll need more than one cup of water. I'm not a big soup person so I'd probably just come back for the noodles on the hot plate or the chicken katsu.
