rev:text	This place was a complete nightmare. I called this afternoon to make an appointment to come in for a filling that had come loose. They said they could get me in that afternoon so I proceeded to stop working, get my ten-month-old son ready pack up his lunch take off of work to get up there as quick as I could. In the course of me trying to get ready they kept calling me over and over again insisting that I didn't have insurance according to my carrier. Come to find out my insurance was with a different carrier that I asked him several times on the phone that I could sort out with them when I get there. They kept insisting that they wouldn't see me unless that it was a cash appointment. That was seemed weird to me because most Dentists are able to go through my insurance carrier in the past. I asked them several times to please allow me to bring my paperwork and sort it out with them when I get there. I told them that I wanted to get there on time and that me and my son were trying to get ready to get up there. They proceeded to call me back several times delaying me to get out the door before we finally figured out that it was a different carrier for my insurance. When I finally got up to the dentist office and walk in with my son they proceeded to tell me that they could not see me becaise they thought I wouldn't be a good fit. I brought my insurance information with me to show but they wouldn't accept me as a new paitent. It's very clear to see what this dentist office is all about. Not about their patients but very adamant about their money. I probably shouldn't have said that we had to go through insurance due to low funds but it was the truth. I would be aware of this place and any other dentist like this. There's a lot of really qualified dentist in this area that are great I would find a different one.
