  • So first up I am British and living in Charlotte this is always going to be my go to place for a taste of home, yes I wish the menu had more of a British feel but that said this really is a great pub and i have been coming here for nearly three years now. They do a great fish and Chips probably the best in Charlotte and I highly recommend trying it, their pies are also pretty close to what I am used to, Breakfast does need a little work as does the Sunday lunch and if they improved these i would eat here a lot more, I recommend getting the Crispin its a great Cider and one of the few places in Charlotte to have it on tap. Yes service can be a little bit and miss but they always fix any issues and there are some great people working there Michael is a top guy and super friendly.
