  • Ridiculous return policy, I wanted to return something that we got as a gift for store credit but they couldn't do it. The refund had to be returned to the original card. It shouldn't be that difficult. Now for the awkward moment when I have to explain to my mother in law that she will get a credit on her account because I returned her gift.
