  • Yeah, our 25 year old unit was about to walk off the roof. Had been using an old BC company for EVER for service and preventative maintenance but they never responded. Lake City was a referral... and we are sure glad we found them. Price, timing, complete explanation of EVERYTHING as well as doing the city rebate for us... just couldn't be happier. And they have a very reasonable twice yearly preventative maintenance program... great choice... highly recommended!
