I've passed by here many times and finally got around to trying it. I have to say that I wasn't overly impressed. We started with the steamed pork buns. The pork belly inside was really good. Very tender with the right amount of fat and seasoned to perfection. The noodles we had after however, we're a bit of a let down. My wife got the chilled spicy noodles. They tasted similar to the northern Chinese style noodles you get at dumpling houses, but they used ramen noodles instead. It was a little overly salty, but this style of sauce tends to be that way. I ordered the momofuku ramen and was really disappointed that the portion was much smaller than the cold noodles considering that it also costed more. Overall, there was nothing really wrong with the ramen. It tasted fine, was seasoned well, and the noodles were a good texture. It just wasn't anything special. And with so many other ramen places to choose from, I cannot justify coming here again with how much they charge for such small portions.
