  • Late Saturday afternoon we searched for this gem. Both my husband and I formerly lived on the coast, and are VERY picky about our seafood. We bought only a pound each of shrimp and flounder. After eating the shrimp at 7:30 pm, my husband wanted to call the shop and see if they would open up so we could get two more pounds. It was excellent; so fresh, and pure. Unlike some of the grocery store "fresh" shrimp that has the iodine taste. We'll be having the flounder for dinner tomorrow, and undoubtedly go back next week. Finally, somewhere we can get that taste of the Outer Bank near home. Thank you!
