  • I go to Starbucks often, I go to this particular Starbucks the most because it is down the street from my house. I always go through the drive thru and they get my order wrong about 50% of the time. Either they hand me the completely wrong drink or misunderstand my order and don't clarify. I'll be going out of my way to find another Starbucks from now on as this problem seems to be getting worse and there is never any apology or service recovery attempted by staff.
