rev:text	The absolute best rose shop I've ever been to (and will only continue to go)!! As with any boyfriend (or significant other) I decided to order roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Already knowing that it would be a zoo the day of, I went to the shop 2 weeks earlier and put my order in as well as proclaiming I would be picking them up on the 14th. Went very smooth so far. Anyway, went to shop on the 14th around 9am and asked for my roses, and guess what? As expected, it was a zoo AND! To my surprise, my order wasn't even made yet! I unfortunately had to wait until my roses were made and was then sent off about my day. Now comes the great part: later on after calling the store and explaining my situation, the owner, Juliet, made it her personal mission to make things right. While everything didn't go as planned, she went above and beyond to fix and compensate me for the time I lost and the money I spent. She was extremely professional and I could tell she loves her job. Point is: Juliet is a truly amazing individual who knows how to go above and beyond to make her customers gratified. I can't thank her enough for it and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her. I now know what shop to go to now and will definitely refer it to all who ask me!! Thanks for everything!
