  • I've been to this store twice this week, mostly because my first experience here was sooooo wonderful. Laura helped me, and she has seriously mastered her customer service skills!! She was just beyond helpful and kind. I went back in today, hoping she'd be there again, but I missed her. I just was no less impressed by everyone who helped me, though. I love shopping for makeup, but sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming. That's not the case at this Ulta... just don't be afraid to ask for help :)
