  • This used to be a great pharmacy. Since converting to a non-24 hour store it has plummeted. In-store wait times typically exceed 40 minutes in line. Drive-thru lines often wrap around the store. Prescriptions are not ready when promised. Pharm techs would rather chat with customers than do their jobs. Kerry is the worst...he thinks he's a great comedian and questions customers. Charlie is too chatty and rude. Christine is THE best. ASM Linda asked us not to transfer to another store. They simply can't handle volume and need to assess peak demand. If things don't improve soon, we will find another pharmacy.
