  • My experience with The Hill Group was short and unproductive. I spoke with one of their agents on the phone this morning to begin looking for houses as I prepare to relocate to the Phoenix area. The agent said that he would work with me. A few hours later, I received an email from the agent saying that, at my price range, houses go quick. He concluded by saying that he may not have the time to help me. I do not mind agents being too busy to take on new clients, however, I would have wanted him to express this concern during the initial phone call. The overall experience left me with the notion that his reason for backing out was because my price range was not high enough. I give them one star.
