My review has to do with the service department. My 2009 Ridgeline has been serviced by this dealer from the beginning. The service writers are friendly for the most part. However if you have an issue the attitude changes and they go on the defense and act as if your problem is not really a problem. While I've had very few issues over the last 2+ years when I did they are less then friendly and made me feel like they were doing me a favor my taking care their service failure. My last issue was on 11/16/2012 when they changed my oil and didn't tighten the oil drain plug. Oil was leaking and I had to tighten the plug my self. When I went back to the dealer and asked to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and I can either wait or they'll have him call me. As of this e-mail her hasn't made that call to me. Will I return for service? Time will tell.
