  • I'm financed by them. They are technically messing up my credit. I have made around 20 calls and no one had fixed the issue they caused with te changes they made on The system on Feb 2018. I have sent faxes and no responded. I have sent emails and no response. Me Patrick who identify himself as manager hasn't done anything to get the issue fixed and also have had a bad attitude when handling the issue with me over the phone. My profile shows to be behind payments because they didn't update correctly the data they changed in February. I have proven through my bank statements I have made all my payment on time. Now i received a letter from equifax showing being late three months. Also received a package I am to fill out because of this. Also a very rude women who doesn't know the bell is rang once or twice not like a paranoiac went to my house to handle in an important message from te bank and took pictures of the house. Until today!!!!! I am still dealing with the same BS. I have auto payment set up and didn't take my payment for the month of April. I tried making the payment and it shown to be unavailable unless the payment according to the system it's behind it's paid in full. I will be reporting this to the BBB and follow by legal advise.
