  • I had been drooling over sweet Jesus' pictures on Instagram forever. When I planned a trip to Toronto they were one of the top places I knew I had to check out. I didn't have a lot of time there but I went to the John street location first and they had a line wrapped around the street so we headed over to this store. Parking was easy but I was sure disappointed by the menu. It had 6 options on it and 3 of them were made with chocolate soft serve which I hate. I thought no problem, I'll have them hold something or substitute chocolate for vanilla. Uh yeah right. So I went to order the cookie topped soft serve. I asked them for the ingredients of cookie butter on the ice cream. They said it has ginger in it which the person I was sharing with is deathly allergic to. I asked the young lady who was taking my order to hold the cookie butter due to the allergy. She immediately gave attitude about how they cannot make even one adjustment to your order. Seriously lady? When someone has an allergy you take this stuff seriously! She got the manager because she was too chicken to answer for herself. The manager came out and was not apologetic at all! He had the most stuck up attitude about how they cannot hold even one menu item due to "respect for their chef". An ice cream chef!? Ha. I wanted to tell him to get the stick out of his butt and lighten up. They never agreed to hold the cookie butter so I had to order the ice cream to eat by myself. $7.50 down the drain because this was one of the worst soft serves I have ever eaten (trust me I've eaten a lot). I could only eat half because I felt so stupid wasting my calories and money on something so bland. It was just plain vanilla soft serve topped with cookie butter, Oreos, chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough. By far the worst customer service of my life. They were not willing to work with their customers at all especially when an allergy is on the line. I already unfollowed them on Instagram and urge you to not get fooled by their pictures. It's run by a bunch of people who have no idea what to do with a business. Hey sweet Jesus quit being so uptight so you can keep your customers happy! I would never return to your stuck up establishment.
