  • Heaven and voodoo combined ;-) I have a 'classic' road bike - had it for 20+ years - but she's my baby - we've raced together, we've pounded out miles, we've cleared migraines and solved catastrophes as one. I was a little embarrassed to seek help getting her road ready - but Jon was simply amazing, graceful, kind and thoughtful. He picked her up from our place in Cave Creek (stumbled upon him on accident in DC Ranch and grabbed the contact info) - he took her - cleaned her up - new cables, new chain, tires, tubes, tape, all-up tune-up - helped me regain my confidence in clicking back into the 'classic' Look clipless pedals. Who takes the time and provides the encouragement these days?? This guy is a treasure - while I'm a do-it-yourself'er - - when I do have to get new pedals, I'm calling this guy for help. I will never go back to REI for my tune-ups while in AZ - Thrill Bikes is my go-to! Thank you Jon for going above and beyond and with your patience and understanding with my anxiety. I'm ready to rock and roll thanks to you! Andiamo!
