When I brought my '15 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Frank's, I was already very frazzled because it had just spent 2 days at the Chapman Collision Center for a door that was misaligned and causing a brain spasm inducing whistle at above 40MPH. After two days at Chapman (official Vegas Jeep body shop blah blah blah - only took it there because it was a warrantee issue) they told me they tried and tried to fix it, and there was nothing they could do.
HUH?
So, I took it to the shop I took my wife's CR-V to after she rammed our own garage wall, and the place I should've taken it to from the get-go: Frank's Auto Body.
I'll make it really simple:
1) Lisa (sweetheart) comes out to the parking lot to look at it.
2) Lisa retrieves a technician to look at it.
3) Technician grabs one tool, and adjusts the door.
4) Lisa charges WAY less than I was expecting.
5) I DRIVE AWAY WITH A PERFECTLY QUIET CABIN - BOOM
I recommend you take your vehicle to Frank's if you:
a) Care about the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the work they produce
b) Would like to be treated fairly
c) Want to drive away in your perfectly fixed vehicle with a huge smile on your face
Thanks again Lisa and Frank's!
