I have been a loyal customer 20 plus years AT&T never had I had my phone service shut off due to non-payment my phone has been off for 3 weeks which is my personal / business phone it is totally affected my business in a negative way for my clients are not able to contact me in any way my phone was cut off due to an error by one of AT&T employee they didn't let me know multiple times it's not my fault but they don't seem to know who can help rectify the problem this has become a huge nightmare and it's been very stressful and I will fight this situation in any way possible I have contacted several news channels and when I get to the bottom of this not one supervisor who has promised to call me back in 2 to 3 business day has even reached out and contacted me I have all my receipts and documentation of a phone that I purchase and return within less than 10 days and pay the restocking fee and one of your employees did not send it back to the corporate office and I am getting charged for this this is not my fault you guys know this isn't my fault even the store manager said he has sent the phone back and self and they still won't take the $800 charge off my bill and for that they shut my phone off I will not pay that some money for a bill that is not mine
