  • This is a great place to live! We lived here from May to Nov 2016. I am very impressed with the leasing company, staff, apartment and the overall feel of the community. Apartment - Very well maintained and clean on move-in. A decent size for the price, and prime location. Ours was 4508 3E, which was on the third floor and faced the pool. The layout and plan is very good, with lot of windows for sunlight. The apartment is upgraded with latest kitchen and other equipments. The air-conditioning works with minimal noise. Maintenance - The maintenance staff are very prompt to fix any issues. You raise a service request online and the repair work will be done by the next working day. Amenities - Well-maintained pool, BBQ area, table tennis and darts, basic gym, good enough parking space to accomodate residents and guests, regular valet waste pickup Community - The community is great, extremely friendly and safe. There are regular events/parties arranged at the pool by the management. Staff - The leasing office staff Jonathan and Steve are extremely helpful. They made our move-in very convenient and even helped us move-out at short notice. The maintenance staff too are extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy with Camden! We're moving out of Camden Fairview because we're relocating to Arizona, where we'll be staying at another Camden property! I would recommend this place to anyone in Charlotte!
