  • I thought this hotel was great! My husband & I stayed here in Nov 2012 for SEMA. Pros: Clean Great on-the-strip location Newly updated rooms Food Court available Monorail Station We dont gamble, but the casino looked pretty busy the whole time we were there! Cons: 1. They put a large hold on our acct until about a week after we got home. We asked why and called multiple times during our 8-day stay and they would take the hold off, then put it back on again the next day. But we were charged correctly in the end. 2. We own a very ... expensive truck (which was why we were there. our truck was featured in the SEMA show). The valet did not take this into consideration when slamming on gas & brake, running over curbs and treating it like their little sports car (which i suppose explains why they don't know how to drive a lifted truck.). I made sure to talk to the supervisor, but he kind of chuckled at me, as if he was supposed to do anything about it and went on his way. NOT cool. We would TOTALLY stay here again, but only if we flew or didn't take the truck. It sounds silly, but when a vehicle is worth as much as a down payment on a nice house, you don't want incompetent people driving it. :::: Please base my 'stars' review on the fact that I am low maintenance and am not understanding why NO WHERE on the strip is rated past 3.5 stars, because most all of it is very nice::::
