  • Lived on this Property for over a year. I can't remember how many broken promises I encountered throughout the year. It began with construction been delayed by over two months. Then on the day I came in to deliver my check I was told that the deal that they offered me was no longer valid even though it was not cheap. The office worker continue to try and hustle me for more money until I decided to walk away and leave and she finally agreed to the terms and conditions that we had stipulated three months prior. Three days later when I went to pick up my keys the apartment was not the same the layout was not the same the building was not the same. If you think that's all the better experiences I've had while living in Elysian west you're wrong The hot tub is broken over 50% of the time there has been numerous vehicle break-ins in the neighborhood and it seems like every resident has lost at least two packages. Out of all the people that I know that renewing your contract none are happy with the new management and prefer the old one that even though we can't put up at least organizing events that were promised. So if you're looking to spend a lot of money and not get any of The amenities they love to point out Elysian west is the place for you. I would like to point out that I did encounter competent and people that cared in the time I was at Elysian but I would not move to this property ever again .
