  • Disapointed in this place and not profesional. We bought a deal online for this place for two people which included a pedi, massage and facial. We were told we could get these servicesw done at the same time. The place is in a basement and very small and awkwardly narrow. There were only two rooms and only one chair for pedi... because thats all that could fit! There are only two people that work here. The music came out of a small CD player that skipped every so often and once in the back room you could barely hear it. Which didn't matter to the only two ladies that work at this place who constantly started speaking another language to each other (I always think is unprofesional). The pedi was low class. I was in one room and my friend was right in the entrance area (office area I guess) so we couldnt see or talk to each other. Your feet are put into a bucket to soak ...about 30 min later (in our experience) and with about a 5 min (if that) leg massage your pedi is done. We both had areas on two or three toes where the nail polish was smuged off and each had a finger print. Not much selection in nail colours either. We were told Shellac was their but broken at the time which after my experience I dont believe they even had one. One lady forgot to take the tissues off from my toes before our massage and facial. Once the sheets were turned down there were tissues found in one of the beds... We didn't see clean sheets anywhere... grossed us both out. The bathroom was an actual washroom stall and all it had was a stall door in the hallway. Both rooms walls didn't go right to the ceiling and it made it that much easier to hear these ladies talking and another client walk in. The massage room was right behind it so you could hear every little single nose. It was most relaxing to hear them washing their used products in the sink, it sounded like someone filling up a tub right beside me. Once our masks were on they left the room leaving us for 12 -15 min which at this time another client walked in and we were left with one lady who finished off both our facials... ridiculous. We wont be going back there again and would not recommend anyone to this place.
