  • ***WARNING DO NOT GIVE THIS SALON YOUR CC NUMBER!*** I NEVER write reviews, however, I am SO annoyed at this experience that I feel adamant to actually sit here and write this! ZERO STARS I could go on and on but bottom line is this... I have been going here for a few months, I have NEVER liked the owner Irma she is very unstable and over all just completely exhausting, I loved that I could book appts online so I didn't have to spend a half and hour just to book it, she is that difficult to deal with even on a 5 minute level. This individual has ZERO business etiquette and is unethical, how she is even functioning as a operational employee is beyond my comprehension. I was a good client, always on time, big spender and tipper. I was unable to make ONE appt and she charged me a fee of $35. Fine. That I can deal with. However when I see my statement and I have no receipt for TWO ADDITIONAL charges on my account totaling $200+ dollars (more than the service I missed) I was infuriated, I have tons of money. This is about principal. This woman is the only thing wrong with this place, her techs were always great but never happy, and always leave, which says allot. As well as reading these other reviews I see that I am not alone in my anger, I have contacted BBB and LVCoC... I look forward to the day this salon is no loner operational.
