  • I was really hoping to give 5 stars as I love supporting small businesses but I can't this time. I made an appointment for an oil change plus it came with a tire rotation and 30 point inspection. I showed up for my "oil change" appointment and was advised it would be a wait as they had to order the oil for my pre arranged oil change appointment. I am a patient person but when you have to wait in a room with no a/c for 1hr and 45min in 106 degrees it was torture, I don't handle the heat well and got sick as a result. When it was finished I asked if they found anything during the inspection, the guy said "at a glance nothing stood out" yeah that's a real comprehensive 30 point inspection. Being I wasn't feeling well I just left, about 10 miles away I stopped for gas and noticed the tires had in fact NOT been rotated so I called and the guy admitted he didn't do it and I had to go back and wait longer. As a person who typically does all standard maintenance myself it looks as though I will have to keep doing that, so disapointed.........
