rev:text	I don't really know why I have not reviewed this location...but it's epic fail that I haven't...not really sure why people have there panties in a wad and why such low reviews but let me tell you...this place is a gem... Well...let me set the stage...my mom and dad are the Harley riders and I'm just the daughter...their baby I guess my sister... is WELL taken care of and nurtured... The last time that they were in town they decided to rent a luscious bike...I guess my new stepsister? to go to Mt. Zion. So I went to drop them off and honestly had a wonderful experience LOL! Ok. Ok. I have legit been "drug through" (almost lol) many a HD dealers...so on the "rolling the eyes" trip I actually stopped and at the end.. wanted a brand new Buell for all my own... Let's back it up. Yes it was a long line in front of them to pick up their 50K loaner :) But through the line and staring at containers of "Monkey Butt" powder it all became clear to me why they are in this secret club. WOW! The lady at the counter was top notch...prior me being in the dreaded "car rental" "upgrade you" industry...she got my attention...in a big way... professional...this lady was a class act...explained the NV waivers...damage waivers...on and on...they signed off and were on their way... They rented an UltraGlide brand new...my dad told me that it drove like a dream...now them having a top notch custom beauty...this HAD to be true...not a scratch on my new "stepsister" LOL! I watched as the guy went over helmet laws (those don't exist in IN or KY where they are from...grrrrrrrrr...) and he went over all features etc. class act again! Anyway... After dealing with this dealership my mom has called them for products on the website...they have shipped them to her...I actually found a BEAUTIFUL limited edition glass beverage dispenser ON CLEARANCE LAST ONE there for their anniversary and I personally shipped it to them...I could go on and on.... So in other words...if you don't know HD...if you are a cheapskate t-shirt collector...this is not the place for you...if you want local (I live about 15 mins away in traffic) great quality service or need to rent a bike while in Las Vegas...this is the place for you... If you want on the VIP list...hit me up because I might know a mom that they know by name ;) hey it's Vegas! ;)
