  • I don't know why I ever go to this place, wait, I know why, it's because it is close to my work and I always think that close will save me time, but it never does, it just wastes my time. This place always turns out to be a hassle, which usually results in me having to go somewhere else just to get my basic office/shipping needs met. It's not uncommon for this place to have only one employee working there which of course equates to a long line of customers waiting to be served. After standing in line for 10-30 minutes you are told that they cannot help you and that you must go to one of the self-serving stations and do it yourself. The kicker is that all of the self-serving station are usually occupied and you are forced to wait in line again. Anyone who has ever experienced the "self-serving station setback" knows that at some point or another during the self-serving process you are going to encounter a problem that requires the assistance of a store clerk, but in this case, there is never a store clerk available, just the person standing at the front counter inundated by a long line of agitated customers. This of course creates a dilemma. If you just stand there hoping for a store clerk to magically appear and come to your aide, you'll be waiting forever. To add insult to injury, you may be paying for this inconvenience as they charge you by the minute. Every minute you are forced to wait, your bill goes up. So while you stand there watching your bill grow larger with every passing minute the only thing you can do is to go back to the front counter to ask for help, but that of course means that you must wait in that awful line again. And of course, when you return to your work station you'll find that somebody else has taken it where you must engage in some kind of argument with the person who took it or stand in line all over again. You gotta love it. Do yourself a favor and skip all this nonsense and go to your local mom and pop shipping place and get the service you need and deserve. You'll be in and out in minutes, saving yourself time and money, and they will grateful for your business and you will be grateful for theirs.
