We ate at Brand while on business at the recommendation of the concierge at Denlano. The pricing looked about the same as premium steak houses but I could not find prime grade beef anywhere on the menu. I went ahead and ordered a filet assuming that if the steaks weren't prime they would be choice and the filet would be tender. Wrong! My steak ordered medium rare plus was cooked perfectly. But it was dry and mostly tasteless. This for a $50 8oz ala carte filet. I would have happily paid $70 for a steak that was tasty. I ended up leaving half of the steak on the plate. Pros, the Mac and cheese, asparagus, and green beans were great. I gave Brand 2 stars because they are a steak house and the steak was no better than a steak at Outback Steak House.
