Honestly wish I could give it zero stars. Had my initial exam yesterday, started off good. Receptionist was nice. Unfortunately that is where it ended. Had a 12 o'clock appointment got called back right about that time, but sat in the dentist chair for about 30 min before being seen. The dental assistants were friendly. When the dentist did finally arrive she was very brief in evaluating my x-rays or showing me what she is seeing to come to her diagnosis. Ultimately it seemed as if she was more interested in $ than she was patient care. After the exam I was told the the receptionist was at lunch and that I would have to wait to receive an itemized procedure and costs list until she returned and would email it. That's ok with me and I left. Later that evening I get a phone call and am quoted over the phone and I again request an email copy of all the work and cost. I was told I would receive that night or first thing in the morning. I work all day and get home at 5 pm the next day and still no email. I call and the dentist answers telling me that they were closed and I would have to wait until the next day. I inform her that her website says the hours are 8am to 6pm. Her response was we don't stay if we don't have patients. I informed her that I would be in her office the next day to receive my x-rays so that I can go to another dentist. After hanging up I get a text message stating that they won't be in the office until 10:30.... Why have hours posted if you don't keep them. This dentist is absolutely clueless as how to run a business. Putting the blame on you receptionist and lying to patients is not going to get you anywhere. There is obviously a reason why you have no patients and close early.
