  • The owner of the property we are renting engaged this company to replace a defective spa heater. When they finally came out, they started the work, and left the old heater and trash all over the place. It took them several weeks to finish the repairs and clean up the mess they made. We made numerous calls to find out what was going on, and got a different story each time. On the final visit John initially refused to even talk with us. When I approached him he finally let me know what he had did, however it was quite obvious he was not intending to do so. The entire process took almost two months.
