  • I came here after trying another shop that had too long of a wait. I wanted to get an oil change immediately after I saw that my oil light was on. I pulled up a corporate coupon for a $14.95 oil change that expired at the end of March. Since it is the end of February, I figured I'd be just fine. When I pulled up, I noticed the young lady was on her phone, not talking but clearly playing a game or checking text messages, etc. I figured, no big deal, she's bored at work. We all do it. When I got inside , she seemed annoyed as if I'd interrupted her free time and greeted me with a simple "Hey". I explained to here that I wanted an oil change and wanted to know the wait time. "Not long" was the vague answer offered. She then went right in to pulling up my information. After the typical data collection, I showed her the coupon. She quickly stated that they didn't accept that coupon. And it that it said "participating locations only". I read the coupon before coming in to the shop but decided to read it again. Sure enough it didn't say that at all. When I informed her she said, "Well we had to call on it last week and we can't take it." Not wanting to delay my day any further I replied, "Ok." She asked rudely if I still wanted an oil change and told me $5 off was the best she could do. After repeating the price more than once as if I'd change my mind, I agreed and went to sit down. She offered no explanation of the coffee machine or how to access the wifi just a curt "Your keys?" Irritated, I waited 15 minutes. During that time I saw her display as the same lack of courtesy and lack of customer service savvy with the other clients. The technician came out to to inform be my check engine light was on. I responded him that I was aware and had already scheduled to fix it. (Even if I hadn't I wasn't going to give them any more of my money). He stated the car would be right around and started talking to another client, who he clearly knew personally. After paying and standing outside for about 5-6 minutes, my car hadn't been pulled around. I went back in to figure out what was going on. He proceeded to finish his casual, personal conversation with the other client before turning to me and thengoing to check on the car. It took about 10 minutes total to bring the car around. When I got in the car, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I don't know if it was in the technician's clothes or if he smoked near the car but whatever the case, I'm not a smoker and I don't expect my car to smell like that after being serviced. All in all, it was not a quality customer service experience. The oil change was completed as stated but customer service is key. I won't be back.
