  • We just moved in and needed some small things done. We asked for quotes on water softeners and good a quick response. Due to the age of the house (about 20) some things were not done to code. Long story short, Chris our repair person, had to do extra manual labor to get the system installed. Mr. Shawn Butter, the owner, upgraded our unit at no additional charge and no extra service fees. The customer service was excellent from office staff, repair person and the owner! Never have I had such a great experience! Thank you!
