  • For all the hype, I and my mom were very disappointed. We were staying at the Palms Hotel and Casino Resort so we got in for free, as long as you get there before 12 noon. We thought about renting a cabana, but for a $1000 bucks, you've got to be of your rocker! He even told us he could give us a discount for the daybeds with an umbrella from $500 to about $350 , yeah OK thanks a lot. My Pina Coloda cost me $43 , and I only got it, as a souvenir. Couldn't even be bothered with the food and Hooters restaurant, plus the skinny blond server girls were kinda rude. All in all, I don't think you should waste your time, unless you're in your 20s and haven't travelled , or partied at much better places by far like I have in my 35years....nice guests, but useless pool club!
