  • Zero star if I could! For the cancellation you have to drop in the office by person or MAIL! ( The Mailing address is USA). For what sake the EMAIL IS USED FOR????? So I dropped by the office on March to do the cancellation and there was a guy took down the information and saying no worries he will cancel it for me once the manager came back. Now I called back to check on May and the lady keeps saying it's SHARING responsibility to follow up the cancellation !!!!!!!!! Now their work is not done is my fault!!! THE MANAGEMENT IS A COMPLETE MESS!!!!!!!
