  • HORRIBLE! ordered a battery for a Motorola online. Everything looked good at first. Then I see they have not even delivered it to USPS to ship it to me (here in Las Vegas).Were going on ONE MONTH.I have heard plenty of excuses, "it's the Chinese New Year", things are slow from China now. The next excuse, it's coming in tomorrow (yesterday). No updates. I call in today 2/21/2017 around 4:30Pm local time,I get the electronic runaround, then transferred to a mailbox. I call back in and get hung up on twice."Batteries in a Flash"?? not in my opinion! more like excuses in a flash. When a customer orders a battery for a 2 way radio, it's usually because said radio is no longer in service.I can get the very same battery from China without going thru you, and more than likely less time.I have had orders arrive in TWO DAYS using DHL Express.We order $1000 of electronic parts for slot machines from China each quarter and they get them here sooner than this.If I could give you ZERO stars I would.First time i decided to try this vendor, i can promise you without fail, you won't be added to our approved vendor's list anytime soon.
