  • I show up 20 minutes early WITH my new patient paperwork filled out. I paid my copay as soon as I checked in. I've been waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes. No one came to tell me the doctors were running late or explain why I've been waiting for so long. At least 15 patients who arrived AFTER me have been seen before me and have left! I'm about ready to walk out.
