  • If I could, I would give it zero stars. I was rescheduled for my appointment twice. Once I was bumped for someone else, apparently they were more important than me. The only appointment they had available was two weeks later (and which is basically a lifetime when you need your bangs trimmed) and the second time no one even called to tell me it was cancelled, I found out after I had left work early and already arrived there. The secretary was unapologetic as was the owner after I took time to call him as well. I did not bother after that. If that's how they treat people I'm terrified of how they'd treat my hair.
