I left this place in tears!
If you want a low cost clinic, it looks like the Spay Neuter Clinics in other Valley cities may be better.
My rescue dog needed blood work because she needed to be spayed and have some masses removed. After waiting for more than an hour and a half, we finally got called in and saw Dr. Archuletta. Instead of listening to what I had to say, she instead immediately yelled at me saying I "needed to do something about this" and "it could be cancer, this is bad." WHY DO YOU THINK I'M HERE? You have to get blood work before any procedures!
She continued to ignore my questions and instead passed my pup around to the other training vets in the room like she was some freak show, saying "feel this." GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER FOR AN ALREADY VERY WORRIED PET OWNER, DOC!
The vet techs kept taking my dog into the other rooms, without me knowing what was going on. Then the doctor said she couldn't help me and I'd have to see someone else. Waste of time, but fine. BUT THEN when I came out to pay, Javier at the front desk said my bill was for the visit ($62 to be yelled at) AND for vaccines. I NEVER ASKED FOR MY PET TO BE VACCINATED! I had asked for the last time we visited when I got there (info he never even gave me) and he said he thought that meant go ahead with the shots. Then the doctor came out and again yelled at me and told me I'd have to pay for them anyway. IS THIS SOME SORT OF SICK JOKE??
Seriously, I've never been treated so poorly and left feeling violated and afraid. I WOULD NOT recommend visiting this clinic and would recommend paying a little extra to get your pets the care they deserve.
