  • I was expecting a little more variety walking in here for cheese. I drove past Grande Cheese Factory after work one night and decided to go back the next day. I typically purchase my cheeses from Longos and they have a great selection. I figured a place like this would be even better in terms of selection. I was wrong. There was a lot of cheese available but of the same type. The one thing that was great was their prosciutto selection. I believe there were about 4 different kinds, these were great and we'll priced.
