  • The flavors that Peridot offers are really good; however, they haven't really got the recipes dialed in yet. The chocolate and red velvet are kind of dry, while any of the fruit flavors are wet (not moist). The taste is good, and the icings and ganaches are heavenly. However, I probably wouldn't recommend them until the cakes improve.
