  • To be honest, Tanya is one of the rudest persons I've ever met. Im surprised she's still in business on that fact along. Her work is *decent* but she does not listen to you. She insisted that my pants needed to be hemmed in addition to the other alterations I was having done. She insisted they had to be hemmed otherwise she couldn't do the other alterations. (I should have left then) but I went along with it. Now my pants are shorter than I want simply because Tanya thinks that's the appropriate length for them. I've gone to her three times and each time she's been incredible rude to me and the other customers. Today an old lady asked Tanya if she gave her credit card back and tanya berated her because she didn't see it on the opposite side of the counter. Then Tanya lost it again when the lady accidently took both receipts. After this (and every other time) I've seen her treat her customers in this manner I've decided not go go back.
