| - My now husband and I were married here on 9/6/14 and we could not be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. We are from the LA area, and made a trip to Vegas in January to check out venues. The Secret Garden was the last venue we scheduled to visit on our way out of town. I was hopeful that we would like it, as we weren't excited about the others that we saw over the weekend. We met with Erin, and off the bat her personality and excitement had us intrigued. She showed us around the venue, gave us a ballpark figure on cost, and then let us look around on our own for a bit. It only took a few minutes of discussion between the Mr. and I to decide this was our venue.
We love that it's close to Vegas, but not in the heart of it. We loved that everything would take place in one location. No drive from the ceremony to the reception was needed. We loved how clearly Erin and her team explained everything and how flexible they were in making our dream wedding come true. Everything that we wanted, Erin made happen.
Being from LA, I communicated with Erin and her team primarily through texts and email. I would send her my ideas, ask her a million questions.....and she always responded timely. Basically everything we wanted to include in our wedding, Erin and her team made happen. The planning was so smooth, which was awesome since we aren't nearby. I was worried that wedding planning would be stressful, but Erin and her team lessened my stress immensly!!
The day of our wedding went incredibly smooth as well. We got (and continue to get) so many compliments. The fact that everything is in house (florist, DJ, photog, caterer, baker, etc) was also a huge plus. We got compliments on the food, the cake.....everything! Erin was there the entire night and made sure everything was going well, and that my groom and I were taken care of. Our champagne glasses were always filled, and everything stayed on course.
I cannot speak highly enough about this venue. They know what they're doing and they care about what they're doing. There is no way we would have been able to get everything we got, for the price we paid, here in LA. Because the venue is Vegas, we had a large turnout for our "destination" wedding. People love Vegas!! And there's something for everyone to do.
I HIGHLY recommend this venue. Erin and her team are incredible. I never felt like I was bothering them. The day of the wedding I was CALM because they took care of all the things that I didn't need to be worrying about. My only complaint is how quickly the day/night flew by!!
I'm very happy that we had our wedding here. I know we'll always look back on it, with no regrets. Our guests had a great time, and already want us to put together another party for our anniversary!! I cannot thank Erin and her team enough. I feel like this review still doesn't do them justice in terms of how awesome they are. Don't waste your time looking at other venues. They're cheesy. They're in strip malls. (Unless that's the type of Vegas wedding you want). But if you want classy, memorable, fun......go here. It's the perfect place to start your marriage.
